My forum was working correctly but then i installed this plugin:

After this it gave this error: Language english (/home/vol15_4/epizy.com/epiz_21807156/htdocs/inc/languages/english) is not installed.

I uninstalled the plugin. (not from admin cp since it gives the same error message.)
Then i checked CHMOD settings. They were all correct.

Did anyone else got this problem?
Or does anyone got the solution to fix this problem?

does your forum use English language or does it use a different language ?
can you post contents of /inc/languages/ folder [sub-folders & files]

Download latest MyBB, extract the folder 'inc/languages' and reupload.

languages folder contains:

english (folder)
index.html

^ english.php file is missing from inc/languages folder

you can right click this link & save link as english.php file AND upload it to inc/languages folder
