This is an issue i've noticed not just on my board but on other MyBB forums as well, some emoticons won't parse correctly.....

How do I fix this?

What i mean is i'll put

:)

  for the smile emoticon but it'll parse it as

::)

so it doesn't parse properly......it'll pop up for a split second in the wysiwyg editor but then revert back to

::)

This happens to the wink one as well I believe.......What can be the issue?

Whats the issue here?

It still adds an extra : to it though....but it isn't happening for me now......how strange.....the emoticon parses fine now but it does add an extra : to it.
