I guess the forum you take the image, and it's using a 1.6 version of MyBB, so I assume that the mod that they use is:

https://mods.mybb.com/view/group-images-pack

There is no need for a plugin for this well as far as I know of. Take a look at this tutorial.

i don't want the name to be a picture , i just want to add a picture like a donator

didn't work , it show the picture in the main from page

You may need to do some minor HTML tweaking to get it to look how you want. You can use this plugin and it will style the usernames in the other areas.

thank you so much Ben , this only colorize usernames , it is good , but i also want to give the name that $ picture

1. AdminCP -> Users and Groups -> Groups -> *Select the group you would like to add on too*

2. You now want to goto 'Username Style'.
