I am new in graphic design I have learnt few thing such as create a page, about layer, about gradient, about eraser, brush tool but I can not make shadow by brush tool. I need help from you how can I make shadow by using brush tool?
That would depend on the software or application you use, don't you think so?

I recommend photoshop is better software for your requirement.

GIMP has become a software of my choice as well, it is really nice and I don't need to dual boot my laptop for photoshop
