When I click on BLOCK MANAGEMENT, PAGE MANAGEMENT, PORTAL SETTINGS in admin CP section. 

I got these message.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help me.

Can you provide a little more information, please? It seems like your administration panel works until you try to enter some areas in it. But the information you provide could help us to provide better support.

For instance, you don't mention anything about your mybb version, server info, or the likes.

This often happened to me when I upgraded from 1.4 to 1.6 but kept using 1.4 plugins which needed to be updated for 1.6 but weren't at the time.
