What is the theme used in this website? (the one we're at - https://mybb.com/).
I'd like to have a topline menu such as used above so I can have a [Home] page with an explanation of the entire website, point people to the [Community] where the forums will be, point people to the [wiki] and other sections.
It is done well here. Is there an Extension that can do this?
