when i try uploading files to the server, what username and password do i use? when i use my registered username and password it gives me this error:

Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

any help?

if you are asking for filezilla credentials then you should already have
ftp account added for your web server through web host control panel
