I've recently purchased a custom theme. When I opened the folder, I've seen folders I didn't know what I can do with. I know what to do with the .xml file but the other folders no.

If you know how to do it please reply. If you didn't understand please tell me so I can explain more because I am bad at explaining.

Just install them in their respective folders. For example, everything in the uploads folder from the custom theme, put in your site uploads folder, the files in the images folder from your custom theme, put in the images folder in your site and so forth.
