Hello, 

So ill get right to the point, 

I would like some help constructing a nav bar like the theme in the image.

Currently I am basically using the default MyBB theme its just been highly edited, as a part of my project I would like a nav bar like this could someone help me? I don't mind if its more simple I just personally prefer a nav bar to the top links.
