So I am having problems with logging in, when I enter my login details and press "Login" it refreshes the page and doesnt login. And the "Report" and "Rate User" buttons dont work either.

My first suggestion is to check if the problem is there with default theme or not ?
If not, then contact your theme dev. as that is a theme issue.
I am unable to login using the default theme either
Have you made any recent changes to your forum? It seems like a cookie issue.
Alot of changes have been made, I been setting it all up
I never noticed the login issue until I logged out
Do you have issues when logging out as well?
If you can still access your ACP go to Configuration->Settings->Site Details and make sure it's all correct if you haven't. Also how long have you had https setup on your forum?
I set it all up yesterday. And logging out was fine, I still have ACP access. I will grant you Administrator privileges now if you want to overlook it?
