Hi, i just want to change this issue in this image.

im using this plugin https://github.com/Qwizi/DVZ-ShoutBox-Bot

create a group named bot or w/e and use custom css colors,
than add the user/bot to that group and it should work.

Btw thats a great plugin for DVZ shoutbox! For bot - create a new user and its ID set for BOT... you can set your avatar or color for that "fake" user too via ACP.
