When I load my forum in Firefox developer mode I get these error messages:

Is this an issue with the Theme I have installed or is it something else.  
How would I go about getting rid of these errors.

The server is looking for files that don't exist. What you need to do is make sure all theme files and plugin files have been uploaded correctly and to the right place.

I went through the upload folder and did not find the files that it is requesting. In fact there is no picker folder that exists. Is this more of a Firefox issue or is this something that I should worry about?

this looks like a modification/plugin that'snot properly installed. if you know which that is, try uploading all files from that plugin again and check that they are uploaded to the directories they are supposed to go.

if you don't know what plugin/modification this is, you might want to search this forum for "colorpicker.js"
