I tried everything from this site: https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/faq/login-problems/
Changed the cookie path several times, tried to delete settings.php and replace it.

Changed nothing so far
can't login in UCP nor ACP
don't know what to do else!

$settings['cookiesecureflag'] = "0";
to zero
