As far I know, that wont happen. If you want to make it, it will be hosted at http://www.mybboard.com/languages.php. If you want it on a webstie, you must buy the domain yourself, eg: http://myBBHeb.com/, and you must not call it official. And you must not redistribute the whole package. Only the language files!

You can distribute the translated MyBB languages files on your website, but you must not call yourself an "official" translation.

Basically, anything labeled as official should come from the "MyBB Group", so anything made by other people or groups should therefore be labelled as unofficial.
