We recently changed servers and now traffic has dropped by 90%. All of the search bots (Google bot, Alexa, AppleBot, Baidu etc...) are now gone from the who's online as well...

From Googling, nothing should have changed traffic wise.  The site loads fine though, no problems checking site loading from all over the world.

Is there anything else I can check?

Does it make any change to URLs ? If your hosting's IP is blacklisted, that can cause this too

If you're registered with Google Webmaster Tools, any problems when using "Fetch as Google" or "Robot.txt testing" for some of your site's thread URLs?
