Your database extension is not being loaded.
Contact your host to resolve the same.

Or...

fix it yourself through your FTP and log onto your website and go to ...root/public_html/inc and locate the file config.php.

The database prefix MUST match the prefix you selected during the 1st installation of your MyBB website.

Make the changes as shown in the screenshot below.
