I updated my mybb to 18.5 and from the admin panel when I want to see moderator tracking here is my mistake

i use php 7.0.30

I checked the file and found that line 284 in modlog.php is missing a semicolon.

Are you using the default theme? The smiley selector box should show so long as you have the "Clickable Smilies Inserter" setting set to "Yes" in ACP > Configuration > Settings > Clickable Smilies and BB Code.

yes I have the smiley by default
