It would be continuous work. I'm looking to add some value services to my web hosting customers. I figure it'll be a way someone into graphic work can earn some extra money. As far as rates go I personally don't do graphic work so I don't know what can be considered fair. I know for ease of billing a flat rate per logo would be best.
