Hello.

I am having an issue with my report button on my forum. I click it, and nothing shows up; no dialog box, nothing.

I don't know why this is happening and it is very frustrating for me. 

Anyone want to assist me?

It is a known bug.

There is supposed to be a hotfix released soon to fix this issue.

Wait for the 1.8.17 release. This will solve the problem.
