Yes a lot, when I would install it, my plugins page would like go into safe mode or something. I think it's just the version I had.
Safe mode?? I do not recall any plugins that go into Safe Mode.

I would guess he means it was a blank page. This can be caused by not uploading all of the files (such as the ClassLoader.php).

That would make sense to me, but calling a blank page 'Safe Mode'?
