Hello,

I recently upgraded my forum to the latest version, and I am having problems with the post count for new users. When I post, it counts the posts and adds them to my post count. When new users join, it shows 0 posts, even after they have posted numerous times.

I have already run "Rebuild Thread Counters", "Rebuild Forum Counters", "Recount User Post Counts" and "Recount Statistics".

Any advice would be great.

Which plugins do you have installed?

Also - be sure that for each of the forums they're posting in that "Use Post Counts?" is not set to No.

Oh, sorry.

Everything is active except for 'Hello World' and 'Side Boxes'

Argh. It turns out that it was the "Make posts in this forum count towards user post counts" setting. Thanks to everyone who helped me!
