Some of the users prob only registered as u need to be a member to upload a SoundPack.

Nice job! Maybe you could make some sort of minimum post count rule in order to upload a SoundPack.

I could do yea, but that could be bad for the site for two reasons:

  1. People would Spam just to reach the minimum post count.
  2. People couldn't be botered with the minimum posts and just don't submit their SoundPack
