Hi,
I'm the owner alongside a friend of a MyBB forum, which we plan turning into a community discussion area. We recently transferred hosts; so we did the usual before we moved it onto the new host.
1. Download SQL & all files of the installation
2. Import it onto the new host
3. Change global_conf.php and /inc/settings.php, /inc/config.php, etc.
Once that was finished and all ready, the forum transfer was successful. One thing that kept on bothering people were the amount of SQL errors being thrown. It could be caused by not entering a password correctly when logging in, plugins breaking (MySubscriptions, OUGC Awards) and everything else.
The current SQL errors are as follows as of right now:
We thought it was because the installation was corrupted, so I tried to downgrade to 1.8.16. No luck.
