After a LONG time trying to get an RSS Feed plugin to work, I was successful in getting the plugin to work properly.

However, I am perplexed by this issue. 

MSNBC Latest News Feed
This RSS Feed does not work: http://www.msnbc.com/feeds/latest

But...

CNN Politics Feed
This RSS Feed does work: http://rss.cnn.com/rss/cnn_allpolitics.rss

The first RSS feed link does NOT work, but the second link does work. Why?

Is it because of the way the URL is set up? 

How do I fix the first RSS link to get it to work?

BUMP!

There are some RSS feeds that are not working even though I am using the website's supplied URL for their RSS feed.

Any ideas on how to fix those non-working feeds, if at all?
