I seem to be getting "Unknown Location" for where ever any of my members seem to be. I've only just noticed this and it's since I've upgraded to the newest version.
Are you sure you have uploaded all new files?

One of my admin was using the PM facility yet it showed him in an unknown location

When you put your mouse over the "unknown location", can you copy the link so we know which page(s) are showing up as unknown?

Right - that is due to a plugin.
Plugin authors should also use the plugin system to allow the Who's Online to show the correct location names for any pages they add.
