It works, but there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've asked a few questions directed to the customer service and it's been 2 weeks and no response. 

I guess you get what you pay for.

We were revamping our support system and due to a large amount of redundant help, we decided to go with: https://support.foru.ms/

I don't know what the deal is, but I got this error message.



Errors like these are unacceptable if you're trying to run a website hosting company.
