Audentio's child brand Themehouse has removed the price for all of their themes. None of them are responsive, but the most important part of the release IMO is:

Some of the themes have not been updated for almost 4 years.

Very true, though not much has changed in that time.
That is indeed a good step, hopefully whoever users the theme can contribute so that more people can use them
