where do you enable this as when we (me and my hubby) is trying added a mybb and we got a error saying the mbstring isn't enable so how do we do that we are with lifetime hosting.

Shared, VPS?

If shared, contact your host.

shared hosting but not Shared VPS

Contact your host. They have to enable it.
