Hello,

Sorry I won't be typing long messages & speaches, I'll highly appreciate if you guys get me this fixed.
So I just updated from 1.8.15 to 1.8.17 & I started to get this error.

Did you use the "changed files" package to do the upgrade (I assume so)? You need to use the full package if you are upgrading by more than one version number (eg: 1.8.15 -> 1.8.17 is two version numbers).
