Quick issue that I've been annoying desperate to have fixed due to it's annoying feature, on one of my current forums ( http://poseidonservers.net/forums ) has broken our "users browsing this thread/forum" feature for a while and has left it showing a blank return on the users actually browsing. This can be annoying and I've been searching for a fix for a while. Assuming it was one of my broken plugins, i completely reinstalled mybb 1.8.17 on a fresh directory without making any changes and the issue still persists ( http://poseidonservers.net/forums2 ).
Is this a frequent issue that is known, and is there an easy fix for this? Without any changes made, it's an issue on both of my boards.
I have a feeling this is a theme issue.

Theme Support and have iAndrew help you with this issue.
We have observed this issue being faced by very few of the members that 'star_ratings.css' & 'thread_status.css' are not being loaded. The user browsing is blank for those members only, I guess.

However we have not received any concrete bug report regarding this issue and we have failed to reproduce this at our end.
Can you please test it in a fresh install with some other host or may be locally and report us what you exactly experience?

I will send you a PM of the updated theme. I doubt it will fix it as it is happening on a fresh install on the default theme.
iAndrew is correct, it certainly isn't a theme issue as it even arises on the default theme for my test forum, which it doesn't have ANYTHING installed onto it (themes, plugins, modifications). Your theme update didn't fix it unfortunately but it's probably the best to use this version regardless - I'll test it under a fresh install on a different host again and see if i get any further results. (I'll be using a droplet on Digitalocean).

It makes me have a feel that this is being caused by some server settings / configuration ??!!
A workaround can be practiced if at all the root cause is identified. I will look forward to find the reason of the issue; however any further report regarding this will be much appreciated.
So far the identified problems are:
- Failing to load 2 css files: 'star_ratings.css' & 'thread_status.css'.
- User browsing is empty.
- Total page count in pagination failed.
If anything is missed out please inform.
