Alright, I go to my forum:
http://sdpforums.mymotive.org
Then I click login, enter my information and click submit. Then it redirects me saying you successfully logged in, but then I look and it still says login/register, and I can't post threads.
Please help!

	var cookiePath = "/sdpforums/";

Since your forum is at /forums/ ... change your cookiePath.

How do I access the Cookie Path?

Go to your admin cp > board settings > change > general configuration
