Can anyone assist me with making my Boardlist like this?

I want to remove the Boards Description, and replace that spot with the latest post title, and "by {username} and time etc.

I also wanna replace the Ficon Image with the users Avatar (last poster avatar)



I've been trying but I can't get it to go under the board title without leaving a blank gap.

Help pls
