I want to automatically adjust the turkish language when installing.

You got it wrong.
English is the default language during the MyBB installation.
You have to install the Turkish language AFTER the installation is complete.
That's your only option.
Of course it's possible. It's done with other language packages as well.
In your package:
-you have to include the Turkish language directory and files
-you have to replace the original install/resources/language.lang.php with the Turkish version and
-you have to change in install/resources/settings.xml the setting values for "Default Language" and "Control Panel Language" from "english" to "turkish".
