i do know there is an option in ACP >> Configuration >> Settings >> Show Forum Team ... or something like that. but i don't see the setting to configure this feature. Can someone help me to reconfigure or add the setting?

ACP > Configuration > Forum Team > Enable Forum Team Listing Functionality is what you're looking for.

apparently i dont have a Setting for Forum Team and is off by default. Is it possible to create the setting and have it fully functional as if it came with my upgrade?

Are you the Administrator of this forum? Are you listed as Super Administrator of this forum?
If Yes to either question, you should have the capability to change this setting.
