After upgrading from 1.8.17 to 1.8.18 I can no longer add attachments.

Reply says issue may be with templates. During upgrade, the upgrade script told me some templates were automatically reverted (didn't see which ones). Now when I check for changed templates, it says there are none.

What changed in in the 'post_attachments_new' template so I can verify if I have the changes?
