I need help with uploading a theme.

I have downloaded a gaming theme and uploaded in zip file, but it always tells me ERROR. By the way just help.

Ahem...

Did you UNzip the file? 

If so, you need to follow the installation instructions in that folder. 

It might be called 'readme' or something like that.
