Google is warning me that responsive website fails to meet their standards due to text too small and too close.

Not much to discuss is there... Use a theme with better construction or make your text bigger and space your tap targets further apart.

You need to contact your theme maker or try some custom CSS get applied to your theme.

This is the hosting speed issue!!!!! Why do I dare to say? Because I used hosting with slow speed before, the Google webmaster testing tool always inform me of this kind of problem (same like yours), after that I turned to a faster hosting, the issues no longer persisted!

Give it a try.

MyBB default is not mobile compatible at all and some these which say they are responsive are not really 100% mobile friendly too.
