Dear respected members and support, 

Im using mybb 1.6.18 so lately I updated my google seo to leatest version Google SEO (1.8.2)

At the same time, I created account in https://google.com/webmasters and submitted the site Map generated from google seo 
https://xxxxxxxx.com/sitemap-index.xml

Before My site was very busy and always come to the verytop in google search engine but now, sometimes, its not showing at all and traffic not like before!!

My question, Does Google SEO (1.8.2) plugin have any conflict with mybb 1.6.18?
Is its a good idea to install SEO plugin and at the same time submit site map to google search console?
Will this make a conflict?

Please note that, for almost 5 years I was working on Seo plugin alone without google search consol  and was perfect.

Kindly advice.

not sure if recent versions of Google SEO plugin can be effectively used on MyBB 1.6.x
may be its better to use the version coded for MyBB 1.6.x [Google SEO 1.6.8]

Why not upgrade the website to MyBB 1.8.18?

There are many security issues that were resolved and it's best to keep up with the latest version of MyBB.

What about  google seo installed and google search console site map submission at same time!!! 
Will have a conflict or good to go?

PS Mr. m will help in the update but just postpone to bring all back normal and relax then move....

On testing server, upgrading to 1.6.18 then 1.8.0 then 1.8.18 worked but lots of conflicts in theme and plugins...Just need time
