Hi all!

I have 3 Questions...

1. How to change the Username search in ACP to the normal textbox?

2. How to remove the help notes in ACP?

The first two you can't do in ACP without editing the code files. On the front end you can turn xmlhttp requests off, but not the backend.

The post separation is just <hr> styling, you would have to introduce that into the posbit and postbit_classic templates.
