Hi all. My first experience of mybb. Looks good on the face of things but fell at the first hurdle

I've tried importing some themes. Namely:

Method:
Unzip download. Copy contents of "images" folder therein (in both cases a folder named the theme name) into the images folder on the server (in my case i'm self-hosting through a windows server - just copied and pasted)

Let's take BootBB: my server dir structure looks like:
root
  `Images
     `bootbb
  `admin
  `[etc...]

I then try to upload BootBB-theme.xml from the ACP. Don't set new name and tried with "Ignore Version Compatibility" checked and unchecked. I get the error:

MyBB could not find the theme with the file you uploaded. Please check the file is the correct and is not corrupt.

All my folder are fully read/writable. I've checked in Tools + Maintenance - all greens for the directories. A most frustrating experience for my first run!

It does seem like you have tried the basic fixes for this sort of issue.

I'm not entirely sure how to fix this one yet because I would need to look at the set up but you seemed to have done your own research on this issue before opening this thread so feel free to send me a PM/message on Discord with your FTP details and an admin account information and I can look at this for you.

Thanks for remoting in Ben and taking a look. For others: Ben couldn't find anything glaringly obvious: had a good study of the folder permissions and all kosha. Anyone got any other ideas?
