Put all the code in the global.css ect..

You may need to reinstall the plugin after you made the css changes. I am not sure I have never worked with that plugin but it may not work with your theme either.

Yeah, I've reinstalled the plugin a few times before and it made no difference. You could refer me to a shoutbox which will work with my theme?

Going to end the post as I've removed the shout box compleatly and going by the fact it's not compatible with the Flatty theme.
