Hello,
So recently I was clearing out databases I didn't think I needed for my community anymore, and I accidentally deleted my database that I used for my forum

I cant access administration panel, I cant change the database, etc...

The site gives an error when visiting it.

I suppouse you don't have a backup of your DB...., so ask your web hosting provider if they have a backup of your database, and if they could restore it. (They may charge you for doing so.)
