Nothing wrong with my attitude, just showing the shortcomings found on the developers. Should noting be a plugin? Have looked at other forums and see how it is?

All those things you have been wanting to know are all found in the instructions.
My website is set up where users can see the threads, posts, but are not permitted to post unless they are registered and activated.
Not all websites are made this way. Some require registration and activation before new users can see the threads and posts.
Every website has different rules and that is what you do in the AdminCP is determine which user group has permissions to view and post in the forums.
It has NOTHING to do with the forum software, it has to do with your lack of understanding of how MyBB AdminCP works.
That is why I keep telling you to READ THE MANUAL!
