I'm in need of a Custom Photo Gallery Plugin. I'm offering cash to get it done, by PayPal. If you think you can do it, let me know your price and we can work.
Here's the Info on it:
Allows users to upload their art and get reviews and comments below it, submissions show up on users profile under “My Art” bar, high voted submissions shall show on Portal under “Featured Art” or “Top Rated Art” bar.
Something like DeviantArt's showcase.
I want it to look something like this:

The second images is the "sidebar content" to the first image.
I also need it to be show on a members Profile, kinda like how we have "Posts: 341" except I want it to show example images, small squares which will have a space made by my theme designer.
I'd like users to be able to post art via a "SUBMIT" button that'll be on my homepage, which will take them to a /submit page or whatever which will let them
A Bookmark Button - Allow Users to Bookmark a post and save in their settings somewhere on their profile under "Bookmarks" which users can toggle as Viewable by other Users or Not Viewable in their UserCP Profile Settings.
Likes System Incorporated - Allow users to Like each others posts. I'd like it to have a Heart Icon, clear hard basically just a heart outline that'll fill up red like animate when someone clicks it to "like" the post. Following a text format of "User 1, User 2, and 3,450 others liked this post."
Dislike Button, allow users to Dislike a post as well. Make this an option in the AdminCP that I can toggle on and off just incase users don't like this, but I'd like to have it as an option anyway.
As for the general Photo Gallery,
It should be an independent page with Categories up top, with latest posts on the bottom.
When you entire a Category you can view only posts by that Category, naturally.
You can more or less base this bit off of DeviantArt/Newgrounds.

Bookmark button on it somewhere, with the Post Title and authors name.
Also, I plan on having others make more plugins to go with this over time like
-Battles 1 post vs Another
-Hire an Artist to Work
stuff like that, but I'll probably get that later on.
I believe that's all the information I can think of to supply to give an idea of whats needed for this. Any further questions can be answered to whoever I end up working with.

- Select Photo / Video File to iupload or Allow to Enter Text
- Select a Post Title
- Editor/Text Box for post Description
- Select Tags to go on the photo
- Allow Downloads / Set post as downloadable = Download button for non authors/viewers (require Membership to Download)
- Mark as "For Sale"
- Mark as "Contains Adult Content" / "NSFW" or not
- Select Category
- Manage Post Options: -Allow Comments/Disallow, Require Login To View, Allow Sharing of Post/No Share Button
- Schedule the Post, allows members to set a Date for the post to Automatically post. Kinda like how YouTube has scheduled Posts.
- Save as Draft, allow the user to save the post as a draft.
- Submit Post Button
- Toggle Show on Profile / Don't Show on Profile
- On top Right of Image/File they chose to upload put a edit button to Change the File,
