What didn't you understand in https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/administration...ng-plugins ?
There is 3 steps:
- upload the content of the archive in the good directory
- go in the "plugins" section in your ACP
- activate and configure the plugin

Like others have said, you need to install this yourself.

You need to go into your FTP program, upload the contents of the plugin into your website.
Then, go to your AdminCP and activate and install the plugin. 

Try it and let us know how it goes.
