Does anyone know of a alternative to XenForo's Resource Manager?
I would like to add it to my mybb forums.

Can you explain a little bit please?

In XenForo, they have a addon called Resource manager which basically adds resoures.... I want to find a version that is close or similar to that for mybb, or ill pay for someone to remake it exactly if they know how to code mybb plugins..

what kind of resources ?

it basically creates a download area, where you can set info about the thing, a name, a icon, and a download link:

Ok, interesting. I have not seen anything like this for MyBB. Maybe you will get a response from one of the developers interested in coding something like this.
