How do I get rid of the friendly re-direct page that appears after someone posts? I know it is possible, but I couldn't find it in my AdminCP. Thanks.

ACP - Board Settings [change] - Server and Optimization Options - Friendly Redirection Pages [On/Off]

Admin CP > board settings > change > Server and Optimization Options

You can also do it on a "per user" basis in the User CP:

Edit Options -> Show friendly redirect pages.
