Any help please?

if you are familiar with the database manager application (eg. phpMyAdmin) then
navigate to users table of the database and delete that twostepauth_secret column

that should fix referred issue.
I tried to use phpMyAdmin and said it doesn't exist
What is not existing ? PhpMyAdmin or the column in the table mybb_users ?

It looks like Tarekm was referring to the missing column. He did state that he did use phpMyAdmin.
Mike here administrator from Promo2day.com We are still getting the same popup that Tarekm posted and could not find twostepauth_secret column in phpMyAdmin. Have not had any new members since this issue began October 1, 2018 so any help would be nice,
Which plugin did you install to provide the 2 step authentification (link) ?
And I can't test, because your captcha.php doesn't work (Fatal error: Call to a member function get_input() on null in /customers/0/9/5/promo2day.com/httpd.www/captcha.php on line 28)
Registration issue is solved after I make value of twosetpauth_secret "null"

The captcha issue is set to no captcha to make registration open

is there anything I can do for the fatal error in captcha which makes the image not visible?
^ I'd suggest to check all the files to verify whether they belong to the current version of your forum

run file verification tool available at tools & maintenance section of admin panel to find missing / changed files.
ignore files reported from install folder & its subfolders. you have to replace reported files from MyBB source
files pack
of your forum's version. (if you are using Google SEO plugin then do not replace ~/inc/functions.php file)
Thanks for your reply

Regarding the error with mybb captcha on the forum website:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_input() on null in /customers/0/9/5/promo2day.com/httpd.www/captcha.php on line 28

Does it need new captcha.php file from mybb source file pack or can it be corrected by some edits to the file?
