In the release notes for upgrading to MyBB 1.8.19, I see "Administrators may need to update CSS code in global.css for customized themes." 

Does this mean to follow the link and copy only the green css code on GitHub and paste it into the global.css?

Does it matter where in the gobal.css file?  Just looking for a little clarification.

Ideally the portion on the left would be replaced with the portion on the right; I believe it will also work if the new code is appended at the very end of the file.
