Another question;

I was wondering if I would also be able to modify the registration agreement page that shows up before the registration form appears. It would be nice to include my own terms and conditions and/or some further instructions. Is this possible?

Yes, go to your ACP

> language packs > manage > edit your language and look for member.lang.php.

Edit these lines:

agreement_1 - agreement_5
